Architecting RVK AI

Principal AI Systems Architect · Since Oct 2026

RVK AI is the admissions operating system for healthcare. AI agents answer admissions calls and website chats 24/7 for treatment centers, senior living, ABA, psych, and outpatient. HIPAA compliant.

I lead Web Navigator, the web chat product, and work across the company’s systems, from the voice and chat agents to internal tools.
